Pamy and I arrived at about 8 plus and boy were we surprised to find such kitschy items in an assortment of black and pink at the door. We were supposed to choose an item each for the auction later on. Pamy chose a hat to go with her outfit and i decided on a shawl (as opposed to the handcuffs). Then we were handed our GYSB dollars which we could use at the auction later on.

After a speech by the guest of honour and a few eclairs courtesy of the buffet table, we were ready to chill out. The crowd was cosy and the music by the hot (and talented) guys of Flybar made for easy listening and good conversation.

We found Rebecca admist it all and she entertained us for awhile and of course, thanked us for our presence. this was, after all, an appreciation party. The auction was entertaining and together with some other people from CS, we managed to get the most coveted item of the night, the New Urban Male hamper! So we split the gifts in the bag up, and we all had a little souvenir to bring home. Of course, we had stuff to bring home anyways because we got NEW URBAN MALE VOUCHERS and a goody bag!

It was a wonderful night, and we do feel very much appreciated. The project was a success as far as we see it and we yes, we've got our sexy back!
